A.  General Programming

Troop operations are those activities that are required for the maintenance of basic troop administrative functions and activities.  The completion of these activities in a timely manner is essential to the on-going operating success of the troop.  In general, the activities included under troop operations is the responsibility of the Scoutmaster.
