General Program Administration
General Program Administration activities are those
actions that are required for the maintenance of basic troop administrative
functions and activities. The
completion of these activities in a timely manner is essential to the on-going
operating success of the troop. In
general, the activities included under troop administration is the
responsibility of the Committee Chair for assuring that appropriate approvals
are obtained from the troop committee.
